Introduction As I settled into my role at 4C Insights, I transitioned from video to social advertising. This post explores how I navigated this shift, built client relationships, and contributed to the company’s growth.
Shifting Focus Realizing that 4C’s social advertising tools were more established, I shifted my focus. I leveraged my network to set up meetings with brand marketers, understanding their needs and how 4C’s tools could meet them.
Building Client Relationships Grant emphasized the importance of direct relationships with brand clients. Using LinkedIn and my network, I set up meetings with brands like REI and Starbucks. These efforts helped us retain clients even when they switched agencies.
Looking Ahead
With a solid foundation and growing network, I felt confident in my new role. I continued to build relationships, adapt strategies, and contribute to 4C Insights’ success. Each new challenge was an opportunity to learn and grow, and I embraced them with enthusiasm.
